About IQAC

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Aghorekamini Prakashchandra Mahavidyalaya, Bengai, Hooghly, was established on 08th December 2007, as a significant step towards maintaining and enhancing the quality of education and institutional processes. Formed in accordance with the guidelines provided by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), the IQAC is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the college.

Vision and Mission

Vision: To cultivate an academic environment that promotes innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in education.

Mission: To ensure a systematic, consistent, and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the institution by promoting measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through the internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.

Objectives

The primary objectives of IQAC at Aghorekamini Prakashchandra Mahavidyalaya are:

• Enhancing Academic Quality: To ensure the delivery of high-quality education and foster academic excellence across all disciplines.
• Promoting Best Practices: To institutionalize best practices in teaching, learning, and administrative processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: To actively involve all stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, parents, alumni, and industry partners, in the quality assurance process.
• Continuous Improvement: To develop and implement a system of continuous feedback, evaluation, and improvement.

 The establishment of the IQAC at Aghorekamini Prakashchandra Mahavidyalaya marks a commitment to quality and excellence in education. By promoting continuous improvement and institutionalizing best practices, the IQAC ensures that the college not only meets but exceeds the standards of quality in education.
